Growing up, Michelle’s favorite foods were buttered noodles and salami-and-butter sandwiches. However, after taking a nutrition course during her first year of college, she became fascinated by the impact of food on health. This curiosity evolved into a passion for cooking, first for friends and family, and eventually for clients. Her journey led her to become a Registered Dietitian, committed to helping others develop a balanced and enjoyable approach to nutrition.

Michelle emphasizes science-based, healthful meal patterns over strict food rules, aiming to optimize not only physical health but also one's relationship with food.

When she’s not working with clients, Michelle enjoys weightlifting, trying new recipes, reading, kayaking, and spending time in Bodega Bay with her boyfriend and dog.
