Breakfast is important if you feel it is important - it’s really a personal preference.
People have different schedules, do different things, and have different health conditions that may or may not require them to eat breakfast.
Some people find skipping breakfast makes them feel better while others find the opposite.
In summary, as long as you’re eating the appropriate amount of calories needed and consuming all of your important nutrients, it doesn’t matter if you are or aren’t a breakfast person!
