Holly Gonzalez is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with more than 17 years of nursing experience, including over five years as an Advanced Practice Nurse. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rutgers University and has extensive clinical experience in primary care, acute care, telemetry, and rehabilitation settings.

Holly provides comprehensive primary care for young adult and geriatric patients, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, patient education, and health promotion. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and believes that the best healthcare begins by listening to her patients. By encouraging patients to actively participate in developing their treatment plans, she fosters strong partnerships that support better health outcomes and personalized care.

 

Outside of the office, Holly enjoys volunteering at her children's school and cheering on her daughters from the sidelines at soccer and lacrosse games.
